Warranty
- All MicroTek
products are warranted to be free from defects for a period of
one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This
warranty applies to products that have not been modified,
misused, abused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Payment Options
- Credit Card:
We accept
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Cash, Money Order:
To avoid delay, be sure your money order is properly signed.
Cash orders should be sent by registered mail for your
protection.
- Personal Check:
All personal checks are held for a period of ten (10) days to
ensure they clear our bank.
- No COD orders
Shipping
- Products are
normally shipped within two (2) business days from the date of
purchase, excluding personal check orders.
Return Policy
- You are given ten
(10) days to examine our products. If you are not
completely satisfied with any product you may return it for a
full refund, minus any shipping costs.
- All returned
products must be in original condition with all parts and
instructions.
- No returns will be
authorized after ten days of receipt, unless defective.
- Authorization and
shipping instructions must be obtained from MicroTek.
Legal Status of
Products
- ATV transmitters
operate in Amateur Radio Service (ARS) frequencies, and
according to FCC regulations requires licensing for legal
operation. There are no restrictions on the sale of this
equipment, however MicroTek urges users to become familiar with
and observe all laws and regulations governing ARS licensing and
the operation of ARS equipment. Please note that the ARS
frequencies are not for commercial use.
- It is the
responsibility of the Purchaser to comply with all Federal,
State, and Local laws in regard to the purchase, possession, and
use of any purchased item.
MicroTek
does not make claims about the legality of certain product
applications.
Miscellaneous
- Prices are subject
to change without notice.
All
orders shipped to the state of Tennessee must include applicable
sales tax.
- By placing an
